On February 1, 2023, the project of the European Union program “ERASMUS +” was launched at the Tashkent Medical Academy to build educational capacity in the field of nutrition and dietetics in Central Asia “BERNICA”.
Aim project is increasing the educational and scientific potential of the Central Asian region for the promotion and implementation of healthy nutrition in order to improve the health of the population.
To achieve the goal of the project, we have set the following tasks:
- Development of local experience in the development and implementation of innovative training programs in the field of nutrition and dietetics in accordance with the Bologna principles and ESG standards
- Expanding the Research Potential of CA Universities in the Field of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Encouraging the use of innovative teaching and research methods, including digital applications, in nutrition and dietetics
Development of regional and international networks through collaborative initiatives and sharing of best practices in education, research and practice in nutrition and dietetics.
